About Me

My professional experience is in the area of product and software engineering. I have built and shipped many next-gen products, platforms and technologies. I love working on deeply personal computing and Natural User Interfaces.

I completed my MASc in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, Canada, where my research focused on wireless communications, body area networks, personal sensor networks, sensor node localization, pervasive and context-aware systems. Prior to graduate school, I completed my BASc in Mechatronics Engineering, also at UBC.

In the past, my interests have led me to complete my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in Windows 2000, and my Toastmasters ‘Competent Communicator’ (CC) designation.
